Accepted methods: PayPal Wallet, PayPal Express Checkout, Cards via PayPal (Guest Checkout where available), PayPal Credit
Not accepted: Bank transfer, COD, cash, checks, wire transfers, or direct card payments outside PayPal

1) Accepted Payment Options

PayPal Wallet (USD): Pay with your PayPal balance or linked funding sources.

PayPal Express Checkout: Fast checkout via the PayPal button on product/cart pages.

Cards via PayPal (Guest Checkout): Pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover processed by PayPal; you may not need a PayPal account (availability depends on your region and PayPal risk checks).

PayPal Credit (U.S. only): Subject to PayPal’s credit approval and terms. If approved, you can check out using PayPal Credit.

We do not accept bank transfers, COD, or direct card payments outside the PayPal gateway.
All payments are processed in USD through PayPal’s secure checkout.

2) Charge Timing

Your order is processed only after PayPal confirms payment authorization/capture (or PayPal Credit approval).

3) Security

Checkout is protected by TLS/HTTPS encryption.
We do not store full card numbers or bank details; all sensitive payment data is securely handled by PayPal.

4) Verification & Holds

PayPal may place a temporary review or hold on transactions (e.g., risk checks or address verification).
If verification causes a delay, we’ll notify you via email or phone and proceed once cleared.

5) Order Confirmation

After successful payment, you’ll receive an email/SMS confirmation with order details and estimated delivery time (see our [Shipping & Tax Policy]).

6) Failed or Incomplete Payments

If PayPal declines or a transaction fails, please verify your PayPal account, funding source, or internet connection and try again.
Orders are not processed until payment completes.

7) Fraud & Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to hold or cancel any order that shows signs of fraud, unauthorized use, or abnormal activity.
If payment was already captured and we cancel for this reason, we’ll issue a full refund to the original PayPal payment method.

8) Refunds (Method & Currency)

Refunds follow our [Returns & Refunds Policy].

  • Currency: All refunds are issued in USD.

  • Method: Refunds go back to your original PayPal payment source (PayPal Wallet, card via PayPal, or PayPal Credit).

  • Processing time: We process refunds within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. PayPal or your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

U.S. orders:

  • The US$5 standard shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged item.

  • We do not charge U.S. sales tax, so there is no tax component to refund.

Vietnam orders:

  • We do not collect additional domestic taxes; refunds apply only to product prices.

9) Disputes

Please contact us first — we resolve most payment or refund issues quickly.
If needed, you may open a case in the PayPal Resolution Center, and we’ll cooperate fully to reach a fair outcome.
