This page outlines shipping coverage, processing times, delivery estimates, costs, and taxes. All timeframes are in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) and are estimates that may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or other factors.

1) Coverage & Carriers

Vietnam: Shipped via GHTK, GHN, Viettel Post.
United States (continental only): Shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx. (Service to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories is not currently supported.)

Tracking: A tracking number is sent by email/SMS once your order leaves our warehouse. You can track delivery on the carrier’s website.

Address notes: Some carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes or remote locations. If needed, we may contact you to update the address or switch to an equivalent carrier.

2) Processing & Delivery Times

Order processing (handling): 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri) for all orders.

Vietnam

  • Transit time: 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri).

  • Estimated total (processing + transit): 4–7 business days from the order date.

United States (continental)

  • Transit time: 4–7 business days (Mon–Fri).

  • Estimated total (processing + transit): 5–9 business days from the order date.

In most cases, any delay is only a few days. Some items/locations may take longer. We work closely with carriers to ship as quickly as possible.

3) Shipping Costs

Vietnam

  • Standard (4–7 business days total): Free on all orders.

United States (continental)

  • Standard (5–9 business days total): US$5 per order (flat rate).

Note: Standard orders may require up to 2 business days of processing before a tracking number is issued.

4) Taxes

Vietnam: We do not collect additional taxes on domestic orders. Prices shown at checkout are the amounts you pay.

United States: We do not charge U.S. sales tax at this time. Prices shown on the site are the amounts you pay at checkout. Depending on your state’s laws, you may be responsible for any applicable use tax on your purchase.

5) Delivery Issues: Failed Delivery, Loss, Damage

If a package cannot be delivered due to an invalid address or repeated missed deliveries, it may be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to reship (a re-shipping fee may apply) or refund according to our policy.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly with your order number, tracking number, and any supporting evidence so we can assist with the carrier claim.

6) Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests to change the address or cancel can be made before a tracking number is issued. Once the order has been handed to the carrier, we cannot modify it, but we’ll assist within the carrier’s options where possible.
